We arrived quite late so we could not take advantage of the shuttle. The staff was friendly & the room was clean. There was a shuttle we could book to get to the cruise port. Very convenient.

The room we stayed in needed help. The floors were buckling. There was a light bulb out. The showerhead needed to be cleaned. The water exited the shower all overcthe bathroom floor. There was a brown substance smeared on the bathroom wall.

The hotel advertise shuttle to the airport but the first shuttle leaves at 8:00 so it was useless for me. The coffee machine was not working and the girl at the front desk was sort of rude about it.
