The young lady working the front desk was extremely nice. I’ve spent the day in Miami where everyone seems to be mad about everything all the time. Her amazing customer service and friendliness was like a cool drink of water. Great hotel!

We are a party of four. Our cruiseship arrived in the morning and we disembarked at 10:30 am. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were expecting to just check in our luggages until the 3:00 pm check in time. To our surprise, there was a room ready for us so we were able to drop our luggages into the room and then, we were able to go out in peace knowing that we could stay out and not have to worry about returning at 3:00 to check in. We were impressed by how friendly the lady at the desk was. When we returned in the evening, she welcomed us back and told us about the free shuttle bus back to the airport. However, we were surprised that there were no cups provided in the rooms to brush our teeth and if we wanted cups, we’d have to go to the lobby to get them.

The floor was coming up in several places and my mother hurt her toe on the floor. The shower had soap residue on the walls. Our door did not fully shut, we had to pull it shut. It was loud we could hear everything but we learned that's because our door wasn't closed the whole way.
