The first room the staff assigned to me, had another guest in there. The second room there was caulking on the shower floor. The third room had it in one of the showers as well. The initial staff failed to apologize for the inconvenience. While we ended up with an "upgraded two bedroom," there was no in room laundry like the original Wyndham towers. You can tell these were add on properties. The cafe and bar close early.

I have all these fees that l was charged for and l didn’t use any of their services. I prepaid thru Expedia. My room was never cleaned even tho l requested in person and when l called on the phone several times to get the room cleaned - no one would answer the phone. No one at the front desk to check out when l left to see what the charges were for. I booked a king size bed and they put me in with a queen- they had no full body mirrors in the room - only mirror was bathroom sink. I was disappointed especially because they didn’t clean my room thru my whole stay of 3 days. I will not recommend any one to stay here.

House keeping service was absolutely terrible. We were there for 4 days they never gave us clean towels or wash towels never replenished the coffee or condiments (sugar cream) ever after going to the front desk twice it never got done

If you book through a third party website they will put you in a hotel across the street called queen resort. It’s outside the gated resort. The room had a roach inside, the pool was not heated, if you want to use the resorts amenities you’d have to take a long walk to the main resort.

I wouldn’t stay again. You can tell they’re trying but just stay elsewhere. The rooms are antiquated and not fresh and airy. The rug in our room was so dirty, our white socks were black. We had to wears shoes around the room because it gave us the creepy crawlies.
