When I checked in they tried to charge a different rate than on my confirmation (only US$7 more). I argue they had to honour the confirmation rate and eventually relented. Luckily I brought the copy of the confirmation with me! I reminded them I have another reservation confirmation for the 26th of March and expected that rare would be honoured. The agent could see the future reservation on their system.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, only the shower curtain was not wide enough for the large shower. The staff at the desk was courtious, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was ok, plenty. I would recommend staying in this hotel.

We are returning guests. The room was great, comfy bed, standard bathroom. A magnifying mirror in bath would be quite welcome. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Huge kudos, however, go to Winston Thomas who picked us up from the airport with the shuttle. What a gem! He was fun yet professional, he communicated well while we were waiting for him at the pick up spot. HE truly gave a fantastic first impression.
