Ultra stinky (covering up a smoking room or something??). Disgusting. No hot water in shower for ~20 minutes. Older. Some rust and stains in the room. Needs a refresh. Is this a Marriot????

Airport shuttle was a bit of a wait. We had to call the hotel twice, but the driver was friendly. Check in was not good. There as a system upgrade and the staff started heling people who came after us and totally ignored us. The room was clean except there was hair in the bathroom and the bed was too soft. You literally sink into the mattress. I prefer a firmer mattress. Did not use the business centre so cannot say. Also, elevators are super slow. If you want to visit sawgrass mall, it was about a 15-20 min uber.
