We like: The large pool and jacuzzi. We disliked: No TV channels working in the room, 0nly one elevator working. had to pay $15 PARKING extra hidden charge. Prepaid for breakfast, was not complementary. Had to pick up tickets to eat breakfast. Each ticket value at $19. Everything on the menus was Absurdly overpriced. Hot chocolate $5, eggs $16, the horrible Belgian waffle $14 etc.etc etc.Two hot chocolates, two Belgian waffles and one French toast Total $60. How sad to know this kind of deception is happening with Double Tree by Hilton. I could have taken my family to Denny's and had twice as much food for less and tasted 100% better I am really upset about this will be reporting this to higher management.

I'm a Hilton honors member and I thoroughly enjoy stay. Checkin was simple. I went with my family and my daughter immediately went for the pool. Sangria's by the pool, nice lounge chairs, lush landscaping definitely enjoyed. The bedding was amazing, I slept peacefully on that bed. Howard at the on site restaurant was absolutely amazing. I give him 5 stars. Absolutely attentive!!!!

Very nice hotel. The outside is pretty and it’s in a convenient location - near the beach and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we got to have a late check-out. The only negative comment I have is that our shower wasn’t cleaned properly.

Convenient location

Room was good - clean & comfortable. Young lady who checked me in was friendly and efficient. No cookies ?? I was surprised to find out there was a $15 per day parking fee but she was able to waive that. Breakfast was good but I was glad I had prepaid for that.

Hotel property looks nice until you go into the room the bathroom was disgusting not only was it out dated and gross there was no pressure from the shower head the toilet did not flush. The room rug was full of stains and my 1 year old almost ate a pill that was on the floor by the bed that was suppose to be cleaned? The phone also did not work in the room to notify staff of any issues.

Reservation was for 3 rooms. I spoke with Hotels.com-requested early checkin for 2 rooms, and a king bed. Hotels.com confirmed these requests, but the hotel did neither-checkin was 4pm, and king bed not available. Upon checkin, one room had clothing in the closet from a previous guest. The other room had a clogged sink which could not be fixed, and our room had to be changed. The next day, there was a toilet issue in the 3rd room. It was remedied, but took most of the day. There was garbage in the halls in plastic bags-housekeeping should have carts, so guests do not have to see barbage bags. TV service was awful! Regular TV was not accessible in any of the rooms. Pluto was available, but every few minutes there was a glitch. The hotel did say they were having issues. On a positive note-very friendly and helpful staff, and the most comfortable bed and pillows ever! Property has great potential-with lots of opportunity for improvement.
