The staff was good. The room doors close automatically and are extremely loud. Our neighbors had children and they ran up and down the halls screaming constantly. When I asked them to be considerate they told me it as early. We had just traveled across country and tried to get some sleep. They were rude all night and one of them was a Hilton employee. I think they had 10 people in two rooms. Won’t stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was great. My room could’ve been a little bit cleaner there were some spots on my bed sheets that made a little uncomfortable. I loved that almost everything was in a close proximity, the location was excellent! The only downside I’d say is having to pay a parking fee. But other than that this was a pretty good hotel to stay at.

Upon entering hotel water was leaking over front desk. Room was not cleaned properly. Carpet wasn’t completely vacuumed. Bathroom vanity sink was dirty. I couldn’t even get the top shelf clean with Clorox wipes I travel with. Seeing dirt/mold on baseboards wasn’t too appealing either. AC unit sounded like a fire alarm was going off every time it turned on!! I tried to get a different room & was told they didn’t have any available. Also the first time I ever stayed at a hotel & they wanted to charge me an extra $5 a day for WIFI!! Day of check out I asked for receipt & was told printer wasn’t working. It would be emailed..still waiting for that. I didn’t think she would send it, since she wasn’t happy I was interrupted her unpacking her lunch! I deserve a refund for having to put up with this filth, lack of service & never being told this hotel was under renovation!!
