The staff was extremely helpful especially front desk staff Kisha...she was a gem she went far and beyond to make our staff enjoyable...During our stay the hotel was undergoing renovation and I am sure that all those inconveniences would be remedy.

Spend a little more.

Hotel was under remodeling common areas were unusable. Checked in went to room. Another guest was already checked into that room. Elevator spelt like marijuana. Finally got to room bathroom floor was nasty with TP under sink looked used. Toilet rocked and was not secure. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Watery, powdered eggs, grey sausage no coffee made.

It was under renovation. The AC in my room was leaking all over the floor so the whole floor was soaked. not a good stay.

The property was under heavy renovation. There were also still remnant if recent work done in the bathroom, like paint chips in the corners of the room. The showered did not look like it had been cleaned well and the roll of toilet paper was disgustingly dirty where it had been stained and someone whipped it off and left it for use. Horrifying! The staff however was very friendly and accommodating. They did not hesitate to assist me and treated me with respect. That was wonderful! All in all, not a bad experience. I just feel the bathroom needed a bit more attention.

Extensive renovation, especially where people need to walk. One elevator was shut down at check-out. The room was not clean and had an awful, potent chemical odor covering it. Parking lot had closures, causing too few spots for guests to park. This was definitely not up to Hampton Inn standards I expect. Will likely find another hotel elsewhere next time.
