I was given a key for a room someone was already in. I booked 3 nights at this hotel for my friend, her toddler son and myself. I arrived early to see if any rooms was available however there wasn’t any so I return at check in time and the same nice lady checked me in(forgot her name). Got up to the room, open the door and the toddler runs straight inside the room. I had to tell the toddler come quickly as I saw a suitcase and shoes in the room. At this time I hear a gentleman voice say hello and I said “oh sorry wrong room”. The whole situation was extremely scary and could have turn out bad in a sound. What if the guy had a firearm and shoot us for entering his room. Went downstairs and told front desk what happened. They said no one suppose to be in the room and called which the gentleman answered and said he had checked in the night prior. We sat in the lobby waiting on them to find another room which took them some time until the nice lady who checked us in told her colleague that we had a function to attend. Got checked in to a room 2 doors down. The lotion dispenser had dust on it so clearly the rooms wasn’t being clear properly. No one identify themselves as the manager during this whole issue. This is my first time staying at this hotel and I would never stay there again
