The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were welcoming. I knocked off a star because we waited an hour at the airport to be picked up by their shuttle. They went to the wrong terminal. The breakfast area was very crowded with limited seating. The elevator buttons are very hard to press.

Room seems a little damp, don’t expect too much of the night time receptionist. Many come and check in late hours for the next day cruise, but the check in wasn’t smooth enough. Not welcomed at all, shuttle was ok. You MUST call the shuttle service at night. If I have to go cruising again, I’ll stay here for a short overnight sleep.

We were not even able to stay here because the hotel canceled our stay. Our flight was canceled the first night so I communicated through the chat feature that we would not be making it for our first night. The next day our 2nd night had been canceled by the hotel. They said they had no rooms available and could not accommodate us even though we have receipt of payment for two nights. Travis who we talked to at the front desk was not helpful. They also will not issue a refund for the one night that they canceled

We waited for over an hour for airport shuttle. There was one person at the front desk, checking in guests, answering phones, etc. Rooms are ok. Air conditioning unit was loud with rattling noise. Rooms are dated with some updates. Sofa couch had stains.

Love the set up of the rooms. Very spacious with a desk that pulls out, a small living room area and a small kitchenette. All the amenities you could need from clothing hangers in the closet, iron, dishes, etc.
