The young woman at the front desk was great when we checked in during the day however the overnight guy needs training. He never looked up to acknowledge my 73 year old mother when she aske where the shuttle was located. He simply pointed in the direction of the shuttle. In addition, aside from the lotion smelling rancid and finding a long piece of hair on the dresser, the room was nice and cold and comfortable bed.

The male front desk staff on duty at check-in was very accommodating. Checked out at around 4 am, no one was readily available had to knock on the counter and called out hello a few times... otherwise decent stay and facilities with a great front desk staff on the shift that ends around 11 pm.

The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were amazing!The hotel is very clean and has a helpful and friendly staff. Next to a very cool arts park. The only slight downside was trying to find parking with my late check-in but it worked out.

Newer building with parking garage free to guests. Pretty lobby, nice scent system makes it smell good. Rooms are average size of small hotel room. Included a small coffee maker and mini frig. no microwave.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was huge, beds were comfortable. The pillows were very flat and didn’t have much support. Overall a very nice hotel. It was pretty central to some shops and restaurants that were well within walking distance. It didn’t seem like the BEST area of town at times, but it was safe to walk with the larger group of women I was with. I would stay here again for sure!
