In my opinion, the condition of the hotel doesn’t match the photos provided on the website. It is an older hotel that is badly in need of an update and renovation. Also noticed the tub had horrible stains that were clearly visible even though you could tell they attempted to cover up the stains with some sort of paint. But that wasn’t the worst part about it. My family and I had to stay there an entire week with no hot water. We visited the front desk every day to check on the status of the “repairs” they stated were underway to fix the issue, but the repairs never happened. As a result, we were forced to take cold showers. We asked for some sort of compensation for our inconvenience, but the most they could offer us was a $50 credit. I’m really disappointed in this experience, because up until this stay, I’ve always looked at La Quinta as a quality hotel when you’re on a budget, but this location gives the brand a bad name.

The pool was shutdown while we were there. Although we didn’t get in it prior to the shutdown, we enjoyed sitting on the pool deck talking, drinking coffee, etc. Once it was shut down, they wouldn’t let us on the deck. Staff were friendly, but room service never cleaned our room the entire 6 nights we stayed. They also report having a “hot breakfast”. It was literally an apple and a store bought pastry (hostess, muffin, etc.) put in a brown paper bag.

There was no fridge, microwave or iron in the room. Also it was advertised that there was breakfast included and it was but it was a brown paper sack with an apple and a pastry…not my idea of a breakfast. The room itself needs major renovation and the staff never emptied our trash during our entire week stay. Glad I didn’t pay regular rate for this place. Been to many other LaQuintas and had much better experiences.

I was appalled at the cleanliest. The smell of must and mold was very strong and the beds were incredibly soft and broken down. There was hair everywhere and towels were MIA. The 'breakfast' was a brown paper bag with an apple and a stale muffin. Definitely not worth the stay at this point.

Una pena, teníamos espectativas. No hay desayuno como indica la publicación nos entregaron unas donas en recepción y si llegabas temprano a la entrega. Muy desordenado. Toallas insuficientes. Me hubiese gustado que la habitacion hubiese estado limpia la momento de mi llegada. De todas maneras la habitacion seguia con un poco de polvo y tuve que terminar de limpiar yo las superficies debido a que soy alergico al polvo. las sabanas tenian un poco de polvo tambien, el bano estaba un poco deteriorado pero agradezco que este funcione, Pero lo bueno dormi como hubiera si dormido lo que llevaba este year sin dormir

The room was disgusting. There was long black hair everywhere, in the microwave, on the hair blow dryer, in the bathroom, on the bed. The microwave has burnt cheese inside. There was a dirty towel hanging on the shower curtain. There was feces in the corner of the room. Little splatters of blood on the walls. Dirt in the corners of the floor. The mirror had stains on it and the headboard. The blankets had stains on them. The dresser drawers had mold and it smelled very bad. The room was very damp and now my 2 toddlers are sick. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Carpet had mold and was cut.
The lamp had stains and mold.
Hair all over the supposedly clean towel
Microwave had old food stains.

Room had a leak from the bath tub that went into the room from under the wall and got my luggage wet. The room did not have a remote control and the room had an odor. Called the front desk 3 times and no one was there. When i went to the front desk it was a man in a screen that said he would send someone to the room but no one ever came. I checked out before my 2 days were up it was so bad! Never again
