Overall, thumbs-up! Easy-peasy!

The stay, while only one night, was quite good - the room was clean and A/C was already when we entered the room. Linens were clean, bathroom was clean and stocked with necessities. Check-in was quick and easy, and check-out was even better! I LOVE that I received a text message offering communication to fulfill my needs electronically. Continental breakfast was spot on. My ONLY... comment?... was that the mattress was pretty firm and it took me a while to work the kinks out of my back the next morning! (AND!! I came from outside the South Florida area and was entirely thrilled to spot an IGUANA hanging around outside! I know they're pretty normal for locals, but that was new for me! Haha!)

Pool disappointing but room clean

Pool was very disappointing it was dirty with leaves not heated and the hot tub was just as cold and didn’t work. The mattress in the room sloped out so you were like rolling out of bed. The rooms were clean though.

Overall not a bad place to stay. Housekeeping could have been better. We were there 4 days and only made our bed twice. Hot-tub and pool were disgustingly dirty so could not enjoy either one.

We didn’t get proper cleaning service for two days! I had to throw out garbage which you can clearly see was garbage. Housekeeping did not restock towels on the first time we had an inconvenience. They barely made the bed, left a soda bottle on the floor, didn’t do the sofa, didn’t throw out a bottle left in the bathroom, left the pizza box on top of the desk. I went to the front desk and they gave me two bags to throw out the garbage. The second day, we came back and the bed was done poorly, garbage left by the nightstand, didn’t vacuum the room and we could tell because I grabbed a napkin and passed it on the floor and there was dirt and hair coming out. The shampoo and conditioner were not even filled completely, no toothbrush kits, we had to purchase our own, my friend went down to try to purchase chips and was turned down because they could only use the cc on the reservation which makes no sense since you can’t charge anything to the room! I am definitely disputing what I paid since I did not get the service as expected!!
