Disgusting hotel- go some where else

We didn’t stay here…we checked in and were completely grossed out by the hotel. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. These pictures must have been taken 20 years ago or something. The hotel smells like musty cigarettes, weed, the elevator was not working and was shaking, the hotel room door didn’t shut on its own and had rigged dead bolts, baseboards were coming off, the air wasn’t working, tv was broken and had static, the hotel had laundry baskets outside filled with things unattended looked like a homeless person was frequently there. I literally wouldn’t let my 5 year old daughter touch anything. Also they offer complimentary breakfast in the morning.. no way I would even touch that food if I had stayed. Absolutely not. I returned my keys to the front desk. The manager was not there which seems to be a common issue here since hotels.com can’t get ahold of her either. No one even questioned why I was leaving early. It’s like they knew why. We ended up driving 3 hours back home early because we had no where to stay. You would think for $130 a night it wouldn’t be so disgusting. This hotel should be rated $60 a night. Best part about this situation is they won’t even refund me for a room I refused to sleep in. Don’t stay here. Trust me.
