This hotel is awful. The hallways are dark and dirty often smelling of cat urine. I cannot believe that Expedia would put this horrible place on their website. Do not stay here ever it’s awful.

Too many complaints about this terrible staying I don’t even know where to start! Maybe start with the interior- I have never seen such a room which is even worse than a homeless shelter: wall paints is peeling EVERYWHERE; there is no furniture at all not even a chair but only a 4 square foot shabby table without a drawer; no shampoo is provided but only conditioner because run out of shampoo but if I can’t even wash my hair why do I need a conditioner! Plus, it says breakfast included but the kitchen is ‘renovating’ so basically no breakfast no food no coffee or tea not even hot water! Go ahead get a tent is a lot better!

Bathroom mirror was broken, The drawers on the chest was broken, the room smell like cigarettes. The adjoining room had alot of children who woke up at various times of the night screaming. Was not a great experience at all.

Buyer Beware!

The photos on hotels.com are NOTHING like what this place actually is (see below for actual photos). There was dirt & dust everywhere - my first room didn't have a chair to sit on, my second room didn't have a coffee maker or a chair - I had to call the front desk twice to get a chair, and then it was a lounge chair and I needed a desk chair. The gym was out of order, for months based on the dust on the sign, no insulation between rooms, had a screaming person next to me for two days. There was mold everywhere and all the fixtures were rusted. One elevator was out of order and that had been an issue for an extended period of time. The restaurant was closed and the bar only opened one night. ALL the exits were locked, as in there's an exit sign, but the doors don't open. A clear code and safety violation. I would stay ANYWHERE Else
My chair - the only way I could use it was to put the back cushion and a pillow on the seat.

Sadly, the hotel is rundown, bare minimum, old, worn out, broken, cracked, employees were mostly friendly...but, it seems to me, that the lethargy about the hotel has seeped into their work ethic. Disappointment and dismay...so much so that i had to get my own bedding from the laundry well after 4pm...i never feel the need to take pictures of placs i stay in ...but this time i did take pictures of broken fixtures and sparse if any, amenities. It was a bitter disappoinment...sorry to say.

If you love living in squalor, this is your spot!

Worst hotel I have stayed in in the U.S. horrible lighting, dank, smells of weed, smells of mold and mildew, smells like a dirty diaper. Rotting wood, every door has literally been busted into and falling off the hinges. Nothing in the rooms, lights dont work, toilet runs, horrible plumbing, terrible beds. Dirty floors, stained and grimey carpets, non functioning elevators. Super shady area. Witnessed drug deals in the hotel, in the parking lot, people openly doing illegal drugs, watched a car get stolen. Cops there at least 3 times in a 2 day period. Parking is horrible. They overbooked and i had to argue i booked my room and paid for it a month in advance before they "found" a room for me. Never again... save your money.

This property was nothing like it showed in pictures. The hallway is leading to the room were dark the doors to the rooms look like they had been pride open. The room itself had only the bathroom light no lamps in the sleeping area no ceiling lights the TV didn’t work. The room was dirty. There was mold behind the toilet. We checked out within 10 minutes and are still trying to get our money back.

Upon arrival we found out there were no rooms and pretty much tossed out and told to call expedia because it was their fault for not confirming availability with Hotel. This is after I called during the day speaking with Ovina to confirm our reservation was service and giving our arrival time from Chicago. Hotel was sketchy to say the least and a lot of extra activity going on. Coming from out of state and not knowing the area we were left to scramble and find other arrangements. When calling to resolve I was given the run around from Hotel very difficult to reach finally reached a Tiffany, them difficulty with Expedia after several on line chats. It was determined that I cancelled my reservation. Which is false. Several chats an Cala regarding this. I believe now that Expedia and Plaza hotel are on this together and have kept my $$. Now they want me to review my stay. I never stayed. You refused me and stated no rooms available. Disgusting and horrible customer service on both their parts. Please use someone else when booking out of state for your own safety
