Itook a shower and the drain was going down slow there fore water built up in the shower, when it finally went down it guggled then come up in toilet! The toilet spit water out on the floor. Very dirty! Found black curly hair every where, the string to hang your bathing suits was broke, wo we couldnt dry our swim suits, people on our floor kept on letting the door close itself and slammed when it closed..tv sceen had a shadow line on it l, gard to watch tv. Id have to say this is the worst hard rock hotel ive stayed at. The pool was nice, only part we actually enjoyed and friendly staff The hotel is very confusing and when we asked for directions to get to the tower where our room was we were told wrong walking around lost. Definitely needs more signage
