When I checked into the room on Tuesday afternoon I turn on the tv it wasn’t working,I called front desk they sent maintenance got it fixed.I went out for dinner came back to the room and saw 2 roaches that i killed 1 by the bathroom door and the othe 1 by the light small roaches,went to bed the next morning I saw another by my bed as I was ironing.Checked out and told the front desk clerk about it.

For the daily price this location could use some TLC. The rooms are older @ $135 a night this place should be spotless! The bathroom needs tubs replaced. Tiling the walls and floors would be great!

There was no lotion in the room the conditioner was not refilled so has to wait 15 mins in shower until my daughter went to the front. They gave conditioner n said they were out of lotion. Their shuttle service shows 24 hrs but if u don’t book while checking in then they get full n they just make one round every hour. Lastly their elevator made so much noise n when I complained to the front desk they said to wait it out finally at 10 I went again n requested them to change which they did. The whole point was to relax one day before we return back home after cruise therefore I booked Marriott but was not happy with their services.

There was some rust in the rooms in various places, on top of the night stand lights as well as around the sprinkler. The last thing you want to see is rust when you’re relaxing 😉. Otherwise the experience was ok.

Breakfast feels very good. Room was nice, but it was not what I chose when I made my reservation. Ask if my room could be changed to what I actually surf for and they said they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have any other rooms available. said I was willing to wait until there was a check out and they said no they had other people coming in. The problem was mostly the shower. It was a 80handheld shower very uncomfortable to take a shower. I was not very happy when I went to the counter to address this problem with the attitudes of the reception that was there. I have stayed in that same hotel previously and never had a problem like this before.

Hotel has a nice pool and a great breakfast buffet. Free airport shuttle. Rooms have plenty of room to relax with comfortable beds. The hotel is generally full to capacity.
