We checked in early which was nice,however ours room floor was dirty, the mini refrigerator didn’t work, no shelve in the shower, the bathroom sink had litttle water pressure, staff was nit friendly. No heat at all in the room,asked for blankets 5 time's ,put 2 $75 hold changes on my card. Construction going on above our room untill 11 pmtimes,cahokworefrid

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. A good place to stay the night before your cruise departs. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is nice and updated. A couple caveats to be aware of - I didn’t have the greatest experience with the staff; I was rudely told there was “no chance” I could check in early in a how-dare-you-even-ask kind of tone… right after they handed room keys to the couple in front of me in line. Breakfast is available for a fee, for which service seems to be extremely slow; we were never even acknowledged enough to receive a menu. Other than those two small things, no issues. Highly recommend walking up the street to Rendezvous for a delicious meal during your stay here!

Attention to detail was missing in room cleanliness. The hallway mirror was covered in smear. The hallway picture had drip lines of soda or coffee. Each day of our 5 day stay was a surprise of what towel selection we would get. The sliding glass wall which is the shower door / toilet door had no handle to pull open the door from the toilet stall. The edge of the glass was unsanitary with stains of what only was guessed to be from hands that were yet to be washed. The sliding glass wall gave no privacy. Not good for two coworkers traveling together. Never did I think I had to look for a hotel room that had a bathroom door. This room had none. One night desk staff was more interested in her laptop and earbuds than service. One morning desk staff could not supply paper coffee cups for the room, which were missing. Offered up only plastic cups. The desk staff should be described as disinterested. The very best person was the bartender. He was friendly, fast and enjoyable even though you could tell the bar was understaffed and he had to work double speed. Pretty building but pretty underwhelming.

Paint on the floor. No bathroom door in its entrance. Restaurant was out of its primary featured menu items which were waffles and pancakes. Customer service at check-in was not friendly and didn’t acknlege our group for several minutes upon arrival to the front desk. Had her head down looking at her computer screen. No hello how are you or how can I help you today. The 12-hour travel experience due to weather delays and cancelations was already bad enough, then to get to hotel with below expectation standards was just unacceptable.

Stayed one night before our cruise. Clean, updated room. Had a nice dinner at the close by restaurant Rendezvous. Good breakfast at the hotel. Would recommend to others. Would have preferred a king to the two queen beds but they said they didn't have any left. Also note thermostat on the wall, no adjustment on the window unit. We missed it! ;)

Good morning my stay was great. As a traveling professional I was still working away from the office and had some challenges getting an important document sent out in time for a deadline when Ashley the beautiful soul at the front desk offered to help. She not only scanned and sent it but she followed up to make sure I received a copy and wanted to find out if there was anything else she could do. That level of service is an inborn concept and she is sharing it on behalf of the company which only helps to make that place the special gem that it is! Thank you again Ashley!
