This place was nice ..it was across from beach.. now its not all pretty in the room.. so if youre planning on being romantic this is not the place! The room we had we used only to shower and sleep.. beds were comfy.. new decor would be nice.. looked and reminded me of back in the 80s motel.... take your own shampoo and toiletries.. i think there was only hand soap provided... but the pool was awesome!!

The Palms on Ocean is a very quiet and clean property. It is very close to the beach (walkable) and 10 minutes from major stores/restaurants. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to offer advice on how to get around town (Ride Circuit)! I would definitely stay there again!!

For the price, it was great! There’s no doubt that it needs some updating done, but it was an easy walk to the beach. There were restaurants within walkable distance.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave information on how to best get around pompano beach with the ride circuit app. Room and pool was clean. Downside it’s a little far of a walk to get to the restaurants, but using the ride circuit app was simple, and free, they do except tips. Overall we had a great stay.

The pros: It’s clean for the most part. The beds clean and pressed and the housekeeping is great at making the room presentable, disinfected, and the toilet and sink are very clean. Cons: towels need replacing for sure, they’re clean but are clearly showing its wear. A new paint job also wouldn’t hurt, the shower we had in room 6 could use a remodel. Ceiling tiles, a couple of them, could use some replacing as well and walls should be repainted. Overall it was great for the price and location. I would stay there again personally but if they fixed the little signs of aging, this would for SURE be a hidden gem

The beach was a less than block away, and was close to various restaurants. The owners were friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned daily and had helpful amenities like coffee, microwave, TV, and fridge. It was also very quiet, and I would definitely stay again.
