We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Amelia Island & a short 2 block walk to the Atlantic Ocean! Amelia Landings has a community pool, tennis courts & a private walkway to the beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is one level with 5 steps up to the doorway. Queen bed in master (new mattress in 2021) and 2 twin beds in bedroom 2. Excellent golfing, fishing & shopping. Ten minutes from our Historic district, 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Great weather year round, however we do have a handful of frosty mornings during Jan/Feb. Average temperature 65 degrees during winter months.
Our customers tell us they enjoy the helpful staff at this condo building. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Seaside Park. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The condo includes amenities such as a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
