Hotel going through renovations, hammering, saws in rooms upstairs and next door. Could not talk to one another without yelling because of the noise. Water was turned off on Friday from 11:30 to 3:30. We booked a room with walk in shower and was told when we checked in that is what we had but it was a room with a tub. We both have mobility problems and so they gave us another room and when we got there it was not a walk in but a tub with a transfer bench from a wheelchair. When we complained, the representative at desk didn’t apologize and said we would have to put up with it every day from 8:30 to 6:30. Very rude and in professional staff. When you book you should be told beforehand. Terrible stay and paying top dollar to be treated so badly.

A lot of construction going on for the rights that they’re charging. Water was shut off for a half a day on Friday. They charge $18 a day for parking but you park yourself in the lot out front.
