THIS IS A GROUND FLOOR UNIT. IT IS 1 of 4 IN THE BUILDING.

Stay with us at this ocean front apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It shares a back porch area with the other 3 units.

This property is literally on the beach. It has multiple views from the property. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with amazing views, you cannot find a better place.

This unit is part of a 4 unit building. You will have your own private entrance and the unit is on the bottom floor with amazing expansive view of the Atlantic Ocean. Note that there is a unit on the second level so you might hear noises from walking around.

Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building.
