Surf Park House has a truly unique Jacksonville Beach story.
Originally built as an Army barracks at Camp Blanding, this home was moved to Jacksonville Beach by train in 1948. Today it has been completely renovated while still preserving a piece of local history. We hope you enjoy experiencing a little slice of Jacksonville Beach’s past while staying here.

Located just 3 short blocks to the ocean, Surf Park House places you right in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. Walk or bike to the beach, grab coffee, enjoy local restaurants, or meet friends at nearby beach bars. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all trash from the home and place it in the trash cans outside. Place trash and recycling cans at end of driveway with tops on! Do not place “bags” of trash on the side of the road.
If you brought a dog, please check the yard and pick up any dog waste and dispose of it in the trash.
