The room was nice and spacious. We had some issues with the hot water, but they seemed to have resolved that. The mattress was awful. It was lumpy and not comfortable The front desk staff was awesome. Friendly and attentive

Pros: Good location (except for the homeless on the grounds late at night). Bed was very comfortable, coffee is good, staff is friendly and accommodating. Cons: Room is basic and outdated. Lighting is horrible. Had to do my make-up up against the window for light. Ran out of hot water in the shower. AC didn’t work, had to call someone in the next day to fix. Had to call the police because the room next door had loud music on from 10p-3a. Not the hotels fault though. I called the front desk and they tried to reach the customers but had to call the police to gain entry into the room because there was no response to calls or knocks. Just an all around bad experience for me.
