1. Quiet 2. Comfortable 3. Great pillows 4. Great Decor 5. Great service with one exception (my pet peeve is to arrive to checkin an no one is there or their is a long wait). Desk person was gone to a room with someone when we arrived so we had to wait 5 mins). This is a pet peeve because travelers are tired and want to get to their room. Don't make them wait!

This was our first stay at this property - and have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The decor was beautiful and our room was very spacious. We thought we had an oceanview room with a balcony but were located on the side of the building and no balcony - but since the weather was very cold and windy, it was a non-issue. The room was extremely clean and pretty - the only issues were that there was no towel rack or hook anywhere to hang towels, and the desk had no chair. Other than that, it was a great stay
