Sliding doors connect the space to your private balcony, extending your living area outdoors. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support comfort throughout the year, while a private entrance and self check-in with a keypad provide added convenience and privacy.

Step outside to your balcony to take in ocean views and coastal breezes at any time of day. Direct beach access via a private boardwalk makes it simple to head down to the shoreline whenever you like. Beach essentials - beach towels and chairs - are provided to make your time by the water even easier.

Whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast before the beach or sitting down to dinner after a full day out, the layout supports shared mealtimes without leaving the comfort of the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony, allowing soft natural light to filter in each morning. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with convenient access to an additional full bathroom. A separate half bath adds flexibility for guests. Bed linens, bathroom essentials, and an in-unit washer and dryer help support both short stays and longer visits.

Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - is available for your stay. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected if needed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are in place for added peace of mind.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
