While serviceable and clean, the rooms are tired. Biggest issue was the single glazed windows. The central location is great but just far too noisy to sleep well. It was cold as well.

Apartment 15. Quite noisy as it’s on pavement level. The apartment was VERY dark all the time. Although there are plenty of lights every single one is dim. Split level so upstairs is hot downstairs cold. Bathroom downstairs to bedroom Great location and very clean. Lovely towels and bedding

No staff at all. Room ok, ceiling full of mould and paint peeling away at the entrance. No sink rack to put washed plates in and room temperature control didn't work. Booking and check in was a nightmare

Room dated , cracks in wall , no bin in room. On way up to room very strong smell of weed in corridor. Staff hard to get hold off. Not a very pleasant stay .False advertising showed room with seating area and kitchen area .

Great location with plenty of night life and the main shopping area just a short walk away. Apartments to suit most group sizes. No staff on site but a quick phone call sorted out any queries we had.

The internet stopped working on the second day, so there was no internet in the room, and the TV also did not work due to the lack of internet. The ventilation was not continuous, and the window could not stay open.

Great places ignore the negative reviews are only down fall was that there was no lift so getting the pram up and down all the stairs was a nightmare however we had a great trip
