It is a very good to stay , good access to Conner to different parts of uk, the rooms are clean and the domestic are very helpful, the staff are all right very helpful. Breakfast is ok if you are the hungry type, I prefer the fruit salad and cereal. Parking is awful your driver is allow only 10 minutes to offload your baggage and to help you take them to your room because there is nobody to help you downstairs

Pros: - Located at the Heart of Luton City Centre. - The hotel is very close to Luton Point Shopping Centre. Just two mins walk outside the hotel. - Cheap price with inclusive breakfast. Paid 63 pounds for 1 night for 3 people during off peak season. - Clean. Lots of towels to use. - With 24 hours free access to tea and coffee machine next to the reception. - Room windows can be open for fresh air. Cons: - Just some parts of facilities need renovating. - Even though you book for the hotel. You can’t have a free parking in their parking lot. It costs 15 pounds for 24 hours parking. Expensive than other nearby car parks.

It's Luton Town Centre....

The hotel is in Luton Town Centre. It's close to the train station and the bus interchange and next to the shopping mall. The hotel is much nicer inside than it looks from the outside. The area is quite grim, rough sleepers, drug users and almost no police presence. This is Luton and I know it well, I never felt threatened but I could understand some would. Luton Council have made many improvements recently. The staff are very nice and doing a great job. The room was actually pretty good. Breakfast was decent quality, the 24hr coffee machine in reception is a nice touch. On the negative side only one lift was working, the staircase and some of the communal carpets need cleaning. I am happy with the stay and if I had to return to Luton I would stay here again.
