The staff in the hotel were all amazing and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is clean and well kept. The only issue we had, which is no fault of the hotel was the large lizards that walked freely around the pool area. These were extremely large and intimidating and they pooed very frequently which was not great when we had children running in and out of the pool all day.
