In the rooms next to mine, there was a rock band rehearsing — yes, an actual rock band playing music. When I complained, I was informed that this was an agreement between the hotel and the band, and that nothing could be done about it. This situation made it completely impossible to rest. Additionally, my room was connected to the adjacent one by an internal door with no soundproofing at all. Every conversation, the television, and all noise from the other room could be heard clearly, making proper rest impossible. To make matters worse, the room was not cleaned during the first two days of my stay, despite the fact that we informed the reception several times about this issue. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for rest and comfort.

The front desk line is always so long. I previously stayed here after my surgery and they were not very accommodating as our key wasn’t working in our room. I could not walk up and down the halls to make it to the front desk. I had to call, and they never answer the phones. As I was sick, there was no microwave in the 2nd room we were moved to due to blood being on the carpet in our previous room. I spoke with someone and a microwave was promised and never brought back up to our room. I did not have a good stay here at all.

Customer service is nonexistent! I was unable to speak with anyone prior to arrival in efforts to inquire about airport shuttle; housekeeping refused to provide additional washcloths (despite having a cart full), referred us to the front desk and the requested linen never arrived; and the room is EXTREMELY outdated - extremely. It was OK to sleep 1 night, but don't expect anything else - I mean NOTHING. We attempted to address concerns at checkout, but they were clearly uninterested...great economical stay but absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The ride from the airport was a disaster in that it took us over an hour ( approximately 1 1/2 hours) to get a shuttle. I called the hotel several times. The receptionist Hispanic) was rude (although she knew her stuff ) and the house keeper came very late, around 5pm , that I just took clean towels and excused her from cleaning room. The cookies were hard and they are generally very soft and good.
