CONS- Excellent friendly staff, good room service, large clean bathroom. PROS- 2 out of the 3 elevators were not in service, long lines, and waiting to get to your floor. No internet connection or very poor and unstable. I was not able to use my laptop and tablet even though for reading my emails. Good items for breakfast, but the quality of the eggs and waffles is very bad, waffles are hard like a rock, either cooked on low heat for a long time or the recipe is bad.

Element shuffle is limited to airport and hotel routes. Did take us to a restaurant near by . But only one around the area. It was pricey for the food but different menu of Cuban food

This property is located very close to the airport and so is great for early morning flights. The proximity to the airport does mean hearing planes flying over head. I personally would not recommend to the light sleeper unless you’re going to use noise cancelling earplugs. The included breakfast was a no go. If you’re looking for a cheap accommodation it’s the way to go though. 🇹🇹🇹🇹

We stayed here close to the airport and that was very convenient. Breakfast as it should be. Great shuttle service to MIA airport. Would definitely choose this as an option again.

I didn’t have anyone come to clean my room in the 5 days I was there until I asked on the last day why anyone hasn’t come. Loud neighbors and smoking. I complained and a staff member told me he can change my room that night which I believe was very inconvenient. Didn’t address the issue or spray. Breakfast over at 9:30 however when I arrived at 9am nothing was replenished

The room smelled strongly of humidity, and the cleaning was poor. They did not change the towels or clean the floor, even with a sign on the door. The hotel in the website pictures looks different from the physical hotel

5 minutes from Miami airport. Staff and shuttle driver Emilio were very helpful. Our room was great. Nicest shower and towels! Loved the divided bedroom from rest of studio apartment. Food was good, just a little pricey for drinks.
