This property has great amenities, worth the money, above all I would give 5 star and more for the hotel shuttle, every 30 minutes they have round trip airport shuttle, the shuttle driver is a nice man, complimentary breakfast they could have added apart from bread, scrambled eggs, cereals, sausage, banana and orange.. all is all good place to stay, 5 minutes from the airport. I would recommend it.

Disappointment honesty

My stay at this hotel was okay, but the customer service and cleaning staff left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I had a very unsettling experience when one of my tablets was nearly stolen by the cleaning crew. After realizing I had left it in the room, I tracked it back to the hotel and even played the sound to locate it. Instead of being helpful, the manager dismissed my concerns and suggested I just report it lost or stolen—without even considering that his staff might have it. Sure enough, after tracking it again, I found that a member of the cleaning crew had taken it. Even after this was brought to the manager’s attention, he took no real action or accountability for the situation. No apology, no assurance that it would be handled—nothing. Overall, while the stay itself was decent, the lack of integrity and poor customer service from the staff overshadowed everything. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value security and honest service.

I would like to share some insight about this hotel experience I had. The room itself was wonderful, this was the only highlight of this hotel. The room was better than the pictures and the kitchen inside was such a treat!The waiters/room attendants are excellent. I do wanna say that Fidel and the other gentlemen that works there in the restaurant side were excellent as well. Now for the negative aspect of this trip. However, the front desk staff leaves something to be desired. My purse was stolen on my trip and my room key was in it - they refused to allow me back into my room even though I had been there almost a week and had become familiar with the front desk. It wasn't until one of room attendants saw me in distress that something was actually taken care of. I also know that two other families struggled with the hotel front desk as well with their unfriendliness and unwillingness to make all of our stays more enjoyable. This is a shame. The price of food for the quality given is pretty ridiculous as well. I ordered the meat & cheese platter and I was given saltine crackers. The lowest of the quality cracker ever, there were better crackers in the pantry they could have used. I wouldn't call their menu gourmet like they suggest with the prices they expect you to pay.
