The ac worked great. Breakfast could had more options. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The grounds and rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

AC never worked. I reported to front desk 3 hours after checking in and she told me to wait that will eventually cool off. Never did, I left the property close to midnight and front desk stated that they couldn’t refund me my money because I booked thru third party.

Hotel not up to what I expect from a Marriott. Problems all around at breakfast ane in the room. Talked to the front desk three times about issues, but nothing resolved just apology after apology. I am sure there were better run hotels in the area. Just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Not sure how this propery got that high of a rating. I am sure the management will respond with a trite thanks for the feedback, but they sure didn't carexabout any feed back while I was there.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When we arrived, it was clear that the bed sheets and pillowcases had not been changed from the previous guests. We immediately called the front desk to request clean sheets, and the receptionist informed us that there was no one available to change them, and that there were no other rooms available either. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she said she would bring us a “kit” so we could change the sheets ourselves, because there was no staff to do it for us. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Cleanliness is basic and non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this situation showed a serious lack of organization and customer care.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Homestead Florida City. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and pleasant. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around the area. The staff truly stood out—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel was also nicely decorated for the holidays, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. On top of that, it was very affordable, offering great value for the quality and service provided. Overall, it was a really great stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel 100% to anyone visiting the area.
