Their sign outside says they offer breakfast but they do not. Less than a year ago when we stayed there they did have free breakfast, but no more. There was some loud fights outside in the parking lot the first night we stayed there and it was going on for a long time, we were afraid to get involved, but nothing was done about it as it kept happening. The room was clean, housekeeping service did not come every day. The furnishings are basic and worn. I would not stay here again as there are plenty of others in the area that are comparable with breakfast. But overall it was ok.

Perfect location for a weekend at Homestead Miami Speedway. It is an older hotel, but was nicely kept. Expedia shows they have breakfast, but they haven't since summer 2024. I was told Expedia was advised but needs to update their listing.

The name is in the title, just Fair.

Stayed there two nights, first night was interrupted twice with screaming lady outside the room. Even going down the hall knocking on doors. No assistance from hotel to stop the noise maker.

The property is dated and needs attention, but pretty typical for this price point. Our mattress was way overdue for replacement. Bathroom fan didn't appear to do much but make noise. Our door was sluggish at recognizing our keys but we weren't ever locked out for more than a minute or two. Location is great for heading off to the Keys or visiting The Everglades. There are plenty of places to eat very nearby.

Okay, but only for the price

This is a motel, and not a particularly nice one. Everything was clean but everything also was dated and felt very budget travel or "Im driving to keywest and need to stop somewhere to sleep."

Perfect pitstop before going down to keywest

Great bang for your buck if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay. It’s a motel so nothing special but for the price it’s not bad. Only negative I would say is the door seemed like it was in rough shape so it didn’t completely shut so it wasn’t sealed great for noise or air loss. Luckily it was quiet when I stayed though. I really liked having a first floor room where I could just be parked right outside the door for easy loading and unloading

This is a very old building that it seems they have done a very good job of updating with nice beds and all - except the bathroom, which had do much mold, especially in the shower. But, it was fine for us as we were just in town one night for a wedding.

Not worth the money

The man that checked me in was very nice. They did not have the king size bed room I booked so got stuck with a queen size. Then in the roon there was balck hair atuck to the bathroom wall, black hair in the sheets on one of the beds. We could hear walking around and car noise. The matress was very comfortable. The floor was dirty i walked barfoot and my feet were balck I had to waah them. The only nice thing was the staff.
