The room was nice and spacious with a modern bathroom. After checking in the staff checked to ensure everything was good. The food at the restaurant was not the best (buffet). The beds were big but the mattress was extremely soft. It was advertised that there is an area shuttle but that is not the case.

The website double booked a room so we were charged for 2 rooms. They wouldn’t refund one of them. Then when e we got to the room your could tell the sheets had not been changed so pulled them down and it was covered in food and hair

Stayed here after a cruise. They accommodate post-cruise passengers quite well. They allowed us to use their facilities, stored our luggage, gave us an early check-in… since we got off the ship early and had nowhere to go. Clearly they’re used to this. Great place.
