I was given a room at 5th floor and I arrived late like 11pm. Front clerk activated card 3 times with 3 round trips from 5th floor to front desk and it never worked. This took me about 30min or so. Eventually, he came up like after 20mins later and opened the door with master key. I entered the room after midnight. He apologized and recommended me to talk to manager and ask for compensation or full refund. I talked to fron desk in the morning and he said manager is busy and arrives like 11am and I left my number to be called and I never got a call. I complained to Hotels.com and they tried to reach out to hotel for explanation. Few days later, hotel is not responding. They offered me $25 discount. At this point, with this type of customer service, I will dispute this charge. I was almost booking another hotel there right at front desk arrived to open the door. Terrible!!!

Room was well suited and clean. The hotel staff went out of their way and packed a "breakfast Box" for me since I was leaving out at 6pm before their breakfast began. Very courteous at front desk. Clean lobby with coffee and refreshments. clean hallways and exercise room. I'll stay there again when in the area.

I did not get the room type that I reserved. I was told by hotel staff that they cater to the people that books through them first and Expedia gets what is left over. There was a $25 difference between the room types. I was told that the amount had been refunded. When I received my email receipt, the amount was not refunded. The room was dated, the shower floor was dirty, and the floor throughout the entire room was sticky. Also, I am a Hilton member and did not receive a welcome bag. An overall negative experience.

I did not get the room type that was booked through Expedia. I was told by a hotel staff member at check-in that room types are guaranteed for people that books through them. Expedia gets the leftovers. I was also told that Expedia overbooked the room. I know this is not true. The hotel did not cut off a room type. This is from personal work experience. Instead of owning up to the mistake, I was lied to. In addition, the shower was extremely dirty and the floors throughout the room were sticky. It was obvious that they had sprayed something on the floors and rubbed over it instead of mopping. Lastly, being a Hilton member I am supposed to get a welcome bag at check-in and I did not receive that. It was a very disappointing stay.

Average breakfast. Fair selection but terrible design and non efficient layout. Long wait to eat ….felt very crowded just because of the inefficient design. Constantly running out of practically everything. Eventually would get restocked but seemed like you just had to stand and wait for half the menu items. Comfortable beds. Modern design. Felt like the building was understaffed overall. Only one elevator working so to avoid the long wait we ended taking the stairs to our 4th floor most of the time. Nice fitness facilities. Nice to have complimentary washer and driers but not always available as there were only 2 of each the room was in very dirty condition
