The property Le Frontenac by Go Florida Condo is located in the best possible location, less than 5 minutes walking distance from the beach of Sunny Isles. Halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Sunny Isles will become your next destination.

Conditions and house rules:

-During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. It is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, inside the condo or the property.



-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to check in. The host will meet you onsite. Regular check in time is from 4 P.M to 9 P.M *Late check in fees applies (upon check in) for late arrival after regular check in time. No check in are allowed after 10 PM.



-We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided.



-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of departure at least 24 hours prior to check out. Check out time maximum 10 A.M. *Late check out fees applies for late departure after regular check out time. A late check out must be approved by the property's team before.

Sunny Isles is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Known for the cultural diversity, the fishing pier, and the outdoor activities such as snorkelling. It is one of the safest places to visit with family, you will find several children’s playgrounds around. The Sunny Isles Beach is surrounded by luxurious hotels and condominiums. The perfect relaxing escape!
