Check in time is from 4PM to 9PM. Late check in fee of 50$ apply from 9PM to midnight.
 It is required to call the team onsite 1 hour prior to arrival. Check out time is up to 10AM. Late check in fee apply after that time.

During your stay: We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. Toilet paper is provided for the beginning of the stay only. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided. One free parking space is available during your stay.



All regular fees, cleaning, resort and taxes are already included.
 If needed, you can refer to the pricing list below for other fees that may apply:

* Late check in between 9PM and midnight: 50 USD

* Late check out after 10AM: from 75 USD to 100 USD

* Lost of keys: 100 USD

* Rental of a crib or high chair: 15 USD

* Laundry (towels) not washed before departure: 50 USD

* Garbages and recycling: 50 USD

* Extra cleaning: from 100 USD to 200 USD

* Extra parking: 50 USD




Note that smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Animals are not allowed; we don’t accept emotional animals. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to the property team before.

Sunny Isles is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Known for the cultural diversity, the fishing pier, and the outdoor activities such as snorkeling. It is one of the safest places to visit with family, you will find several children’s playgrounds around. The Sunny Isles Beach is surrounded by luxurious hotels and condominiums. The perfect relaxing escape!
