I had the pleasure of being assisted by Richard at check in and he was amazing! As was the young lady with curly hair next to him I can’t remember her name. He was so helpful with an early check in, gave great food recommendations, gave us a tour and set the tone for our stay. I hope Nobu recognizes what a gem they have. The room was lovely—clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The gym was great, and I really appreciated that the pool was heated. One small issue was that the room phone didn’t work, but I honestly didn’t mind because the hotel had a texting service with about a 10-minute response time, which was super convenient. My only real complaint was with housekeeping and room service. The night before, I requested housekeeping at 8:30 AM so I could decorate the room, but by noon the next day, it still hadn’t been serviced. It finally happened around 2 PM, which was frustrating. Additionally, we requested a microwave, and it arrived with filthy plates. When we asked for replacements, they gave us plates that didn’t even fit in the microwave. Overall the stay was lovely the location was really nice, nobu has just about everything you need in or around the hotel.
