Front desk staff was very helpful...Whitney was kind enough to upgrade me to an ocean view and when the valet service couldn't locate our car for awhile the next morning, the front desk extended our check out time to give us some extra time to enjoy the facilities. Michelle and Kelsey were also on the front desk at the time.

The worst hotel I’ve encountered in years. The only thing that keeps this place running is the beach. I work in the hotel industry and understand working for a low budget hotel that you can only do your “best” but HSKP clearly did not inspect the room: hand smudges on mirrors, hair in the shampoo bottles, found dental floss near the night stand. Floor felt dirty that we laid towels on the floor. Rust all over the bathroom fixtures. Thank you for NOTHING to Whitney who stated she couldn’t compensate us because we didn’t speak up before leaving the property but waited until after we departed. Thank you for the amazing customer service Whitney, give her employee of the year.

Hotel says they offer valet parking first of all you’re forced to have valet parking. You don’t have a choice to park. Your own car is what I was told paying for everything for two nights stay getting charged by Expedia and then once you get there, you have an additional $200 that you have to pay. The rooms are disgusting and outdated looks like they have never been cleaned since they decorated it was promised I would be refunded for the inconvenience and instead was charged the temporary hold that they put on my card on top of never receiving a refund for their bathroom shower flooding the whole room. This hotel is terrible and don’t waste your money here.

We loved that the pool is heated, and is highly accessible to the beach. We loved the views around the area since we can see the city skyline and views of the Heritage Park. Cleanliness of the property is good. We went there a few days ago so the weather is not humid and we enjoyed opening our balcony doors for the fresh air. If not for the miserable situation of the valet parking where we had to wait 20 minutes one time to get our rental but the valet gave us the wrong car, we’ll definitely go there again.
