DON'T STAY HERE Hidden costs

To anyone reading this ... DO NOT STAY HERE. Pick one of the other nearby hotels ... but SKIP Red Roof Inn. For example, I was clearly told that the hotel had an airport shuttle ... but then we we arrived at the airport, they said the shuttle was discontinued. Cost an extra $16 just to Uber to the hotel from tne airport. Staff was unpleasant and argumentative. Front desk staff flat out refused to give me the contact information of the manager. Save yourself some money and use a nearby hotel with an airport shuttle service. We will never stay at Red Roof Inn again.
