The guy who checked us in had horrible customer service. He didn't say hello; all we got was, "Yes, how can I help you?" His tone of voice was rude. He asked me for my license and, instead of handing it back to me, he put it on the counter, which was very rude. That was my first time staying there, and I had a horrible experience.

The place had molds on the ceiling carpets filled with stain room and bathroom not clean. Would not recommend we had to do immediate leave and rebook elsewhere

The positives. 3rd shift Mike was nice and kind. We arrive after 130am and he was all smiles. The free breakfast had a nice selection. There was waffles, muffins, cereal, toast, & bananas. No meats though. The beds were comfortable. The negatives. The carpet on the 4th floor was dirty. There was hair found in the shower and the metal chain locked on the door was hanging barely. The property is due for revamp. It was ok for one night before my cruise.

They didn’t even have our property saved for us to check in. We did not get to check in and you guys did not let us cancel it. The hotel was nasty. The person that worked. The front desk was rude. It would not even try to cancel it then the person that sent me that four other hotels that didn’t have any reservations were rude also.
