Given access to the club lounge for complimentary breakfast and soft drinks. Restaurant food was very good and extremely reasonably priced for a hotel. Highly recommended.

When we first walked in we noticed the ceiling fans in the front lobby immediately. They were dirty (not running) and the fan fabrics were falling in shambles. The place just felt old and needing updates. The staff were friendly and efficient.

We liked the regular (free) shuttle to the airport 5 minutes away. The check in staff were very friendly and even let us access our room early with no charge, which we much appreciated getting off our cruise. Free unlimited bottled water was also wonderful. The room was comfortable, bed was great, bathroom good. Only issue was the cooling system was hard to get consistent and the fan would shut off and make 4 loud clicking noises when it did which did wake us up at night. The food in the restaurant was good, but the fries were inconsistent...great the first time and when we ordered them again later, they were just ok. But no real complaints, it was spacious, clean and comfortable.
