Paid for 2 queen bed but stayed at 1 king

They gave us a wrong room. Instead of 2 queen beds, we all had to sleep in 1 king bed (1 adult and 2 kids). They charged us pool view but they gave us parking lot view! The rooms are very old.

Everything was good . Had one small issue and they fixed it right away. They have a washer & dryer on site, which was amazing. Also had a lot of entrances to get in, so you could get to your room faster. Will stay again !

Rooms were super clean and comfy. Had a problem with the tv called front desk and in 5 minutes maintenance was there and took less than 3 minutes to fix problem. Front desk was extremely nice and informative.
