Was ok stay the hotel is nice but the pool area is very poor and the pool is not heated , the elevators are so slow other wise the rooms are clean and the staff is nice and helpful great locating on the beach

The rooms here have no light ! You can barely see on the room . Sure it comes with a full fridge and stove top but you’ll have to eat whatever you cook up on your bed as there is no table and chairs to be found . Not even on the barren no light outside balcony . Other then the valet guys most of the staff here at the check in counter , management , and one person at the towel pickup is super unpleasant . Almost like they can’t wait to say “NO” to and request you might have . Looking for some sun on the beach in the winter months ??? We’ll make sure to get there real early as it’s completely blocked out at the beach and pool area by 2:00 pm .

My room was spotless, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, but the bartenders and servers truly stood out—they were phenomenal. Beachside food and drink service was a first for me, and it was such an amazing experience. The food at the on-site Baleen restaurant was also excellent, and valet parking made everything incredibly convenient.

Escaped a winter storm and landed at Solé Miami—instant upgrade. The hotel offers beautiful oceanfront views, a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and consistently attentive service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. BaleenKitchen was a highlight—excellent breakfast options with a great oceanfront setting. Service throughout the stay was friendly and efficient, and the follow-up communication from the F&B team was a nice personal touch. The location strikes the perfect balance: peaceful and uncrowded, yet close enough to enjoy everything Miami has to offer. Overall, Solé Miami delivered a seamless and relaxing stay. I would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, oceanfront hotel with great service. Would stay again: Yes Recommended for: Couples, family visits, and relaxing getaways

The elevators were a nightmare. One is totally broken, one has problems and the third one is mostly used by hotel employees going from one floor to another. Result: waiting lines in the lobby like at airport security
