Staff are friendly but rooms are not up to standards. Show and tub had the lining peeling. Pool was not available even advertised it was. Apparently not available since 2023. House keeping does not do well with cleaning the room sadly. Has potential but missed the mark.

After almost 3 months of consecutive stay at the same hotel I was forced to leave because the hotel sold out before i could book another wrek of stay as i usally do. Management did not have the courtesy to even give consideration to a long stay guest woth a disabled husband and small child.

Very comfortable room and bed. Room is spacious and clean, with ample storage. Room was not musty at all. Good shower temperature and pressure. Service was great. Pool area is nice and relaxing. Enjoyed the area and had a nice quiet and relaxing stay.

Perfect spot to hit north and south beach, be sure to bring a bucket load of cash, Miami on the whole is jacked on prices, SB even more so, but worth at least one visit in your lifetime.

The staff was very professional and provided excellent service. The room is very nice, comfortable and I just didn’t realize that it didn’t have a microwave. Other than the hotel is fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel.
