Location next to airport good.
Suites accommodate 5 people sleep wise though bath room extremely small. Nice view on lake, quiet.
Room service very bad, first night only 3 towels for 5 people, second day, room was "cleaned" and we had zero towels (not even a hand towel) in the room. How is that possible? Shows a "I don't care" attitude to say the least. When went to the reception to state issue, the lady started laughing... ?!?
Room not very clean and desperately needs to be aired (which we could not do as windows cannot be opened). Smelled really bad, very humid and stale. Air conditioning in room very noisy, could not leave it on at night.
2 elevators to go to room, 1 was out of order the whole time meaning long waits to catch the only working elevator.
