Airport shuttle took 40 minutes to pick us up. Property/rooms are old/outdated. In desperate need of updates and TLC. Port shuttles very limited times, still had to do Uber instead.

The staff were welcoming and courteous. The room itself was ok but needs upgrades. The carpet seems old fashioned with some worn down spots. The electrical sockets need to.be changed. They still work but plugging in a charger or usb is complicated as there is no form grip on plug prongs. I enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast

Property is just old and rundown looking. Room was adequate, but air conditioning didn’t work. Maintenance came and fixed, which was fine. The whole place just looked worn out.

The hotel canceled my reservation without notifying me. They stated there was a payment issue with my stay the previous week even though I showed them the payment for the previous stay had cleared my bank account. The poor girl at the counter had to tell myself and another customer at 1 in the morning that we had to make other arrangements.
