The facility is excellent, the breakfast is awesome, and the staff is very friendly. The only issue (which applies to some people only who are more sensitive to noise) is that there is some noise from airplanes.

Property is very close to the airport but shuttle starts at 7:00 AM and breakfast at 6:30 AM. If your flight is early you cannot take advance of these services. Guests prefer this hotel due to short distance from airport, shuttle and breakfast convenience but unable to use if your flight is at 8: 00 AM.

I would not recommend this property. The toilet did not work. The interior decor is dated and dingy. The room was stuffy and musty when I arrived. The breakfast doesn’t start until 630, and the shuttle doesn’t start running until 7 AM, so it’s not helpful for people who have earlier flights. I had stayed previously at a place in Miami Springs, and I would have stayed there again had I known.

Great location

My husband was Ill during the night and we were given a late checkout, which meant fewer hours at the airport. The previous day we walked to the bus station to take a bus to Miami Beach. We liked being able to walk to the airport. We went there for dinner.

I spent all this money to stay there then had to turn around and pay for parking that’s was crazy I will not go there again and I was on the first floor where you can hear everything and everyone conversation they had my room right by their valet parking very unprofessional.

No ice maker to get ice for the room. Pitcher for fridge had a big crack in it leaked out all over the fridge. Light in living room would work just flickered Not enough towels Staff was friendly, front desk staff was the disappointment. She didnt tell us anything about breakfast, stepped away from the computer while pulling up our reservation and used her phone and left our party and the party behind us standing there for 5 plus mins. Then forgot to give us our key. Just seemed like we were bothering her.

Wont stay here again

Airport shuttle didn't operate until 7 in the morning.! We had to leave for the airport by 5 because our flight left at 7. This was only one disappointment. We were not told that the pool was closed.. Also, when we booked, we were not told that there was construction Going on as well! It was terribly loud.

False advertising

The whole outside and pool area was closed and under construction then the room and hallways smell very bad also the carpet in the entire hotel looks like it been down since the 70’s the only thing was good was the breakfast the room didn’t look nothing like the picture on line
