Overall, it’s very nice However, I had a junior suite $800 a night No USB outlets anywhere in the room No alarm clock radio Not really a bad review person And this should not be considered a bad review because overall it was fine, Just feel that value to dollar wasn’t quite what I expected Kb It was fine.

This hotel was excellent. The staff was great especially Laquanna! She went above and beyond and made our trip extra special. The location was very convenient with a lot of shops and restaurants close by.

The property is extremely dated, from the pool areas to the rooms. The location is fabulous and the staff absolutely delightful, however the building and amenities need a complete overhaul.

The pool & beach were lovely. Unfortunately staff was rude and/or unaccommodating. ie: (Valet losing our car, getting a last minute construction notice that would interrupt our stay, a stressful prenatal massage, no help taking our luggage down the stairs to our car.) We were hoping to have a relaxing time for a baby moon & there were mishaps one right after the other. When we politely tried to address concerns with the staff, we were met with a rude/condescending manner. Don’t think we’ll be coming back to this one.
