Stayed in a room that was leaking water from the ac unit! Next morning I complained and was advised it would be fixed however the leak was only diverted from inside our room to the hallway causing the room to smell awful! The rug in our room was also wet from the leak the first day we got there causing an awful damp smell! I spoke with the supervisor there and told him to come smell the awful smell in our room which never happened! I am beyond disappointed and will never go back to this hotel!

The elevators were constantly broken, and there was no hair dryer or coffee maker in our room. We also heard plumbing work being done for 3 hours in the middle of the night.

What I like was the oceanfront view, that’s really amazing! Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights, we enjoyed the view of the beech with the balcony a lot! The condition inside was a bit old, chairs looks like falling apart, but it’s ok for us, the beds were good. There are deli store and Restaraunt plaza around. The only thing I didn’t enjoy that much was the shower, the shower head gives weak stream of water, but with the view, it’s bearable I will come back.

Way Below Expectations

the dining employees with whom we engaged provided excellent service, within the confines of what they had to work with at the hotel. Outside of that, a terrible experience along a number of lines: - after checking in, we went to our room and the door was wide open. I checked the room to make sure no one was lurking within, and discovered the mini fridge had been raided. It was half empty, with the remaining liquor bottles already opened and the water bottles frozen solid - the toilet was clogged at check-in (at 11pm) and we had to wait for a team member to come un-clog it. When they did, they came into the room with dirty shoes and walked all over the (not very) clean bathroom to fix the issue - the wallpaper throughout the room was peeling - the bathroom sink wouldn't drain - the AC wouldn't work; it couldn't be set lower than 70, and at full blast that never got it below 73. We had to keep the balcony door open to get relief from the hot temp, and housekeeping came by 4 times to yell at us for having the door open - half the beers on tap were unavailable for the 2 days of our stay throughout the property - room service food was cold upon delivery - the shower water pressure was very poor
