Cleaniness of room upon arrival seemed as if someone else was there just before we arrived. Room smelled as if there was mold and if ac had not ran for hours. Bathroom had fake eyelashes all over sink and toilet, let alone some type of small hairs in the tub, with an open used soap bar that was melted to the side of the tin as if it had been sitting there for days, alone with the plastic cover of a razor blade. Brought it to the attention of the "General Manager" on duty and made the mistake of believe his words that " he would discount my rate for my 3 night stay due to the inconvenience and not wanting me to have that kind of experience, just tl find out when i checked out sunday morning that there was nothing in the system that had been adjusted on my rates and front attendant stated she could not reach him on the weekends, so apparrently made me and offer and then was MIA when time came to check out.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and the location was convenient, which made the stay manageable. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and it took about 15 minutes for reception to come out and assist me. Once helped, the staff was polite, and the rest of the stay was fine. With a bit more attentiveness at the front desk, the experience would have been better.

Had to wait 1 hour for check-in even when check-in clearly states 3:00 pm. Smells in the hallway. Key cards didn’t work throughout the stay. Pillows and bed mattress makes you feel like you are sleeping on the floor.
