The entire experience! The staff to me personally was very professional, friendly, and helpful with any all questions I asked. I loved my kitchenette experience. It felt like home away from home. I cooked my own meals everyday. I absolutely enjoyed it. I will tell my family and friends about this hotel in particular about my peaceful, quiet and beautiful experience. The ENTIRE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT!!!!! Thank You!!!

Everything was clean, but the refrigerator had a bad smell, and they should provide body lotion and a toiletries kit including a shower cap, cotton swabs, etc. It's a reputable hotel, and for the price per night, I think they should pay more attention to those details. The room was very nice, and the staff were very friendly and attentive to everyone.

They charged me for parking when it was posted in the elevators that they don’t charge for parking. The fan noise in the bathroom was super loud. Couldn’t open the windows they were stuck. The dishes were dirty had to rewash. Didn’t have dish soap in the room.
