I stay in hotels for work at least three times a month. This was by far the best experience I had in the last year. Immaculately clean room, quiet, free WiFi and parking. Breakfast was included in the price. Very friendly staff, nice surroundings. Town centre in walking distance. Would highly recommend this place.

Not a bad hotel considering the location. The breakfast vouchers for the refectory was good with ample food. Not super easy to get things delivered there.

I tried calling the reception desk during evening and early morning hours, but no one was available to assist with my requests. The security guard would answer, but say they couldn't help and that I'd have to wait until morning. Unfortunately, I had a visitor and wasn't able to offer them a drink, which was quite disappointing.

Hotel in the university

Hotel is brand new everything excellent. Onsite restaurant 2 mins walk. Cafe across road all priced at student discount free parking. Bar usually close 2200 but if event on it 0100 we had euro blues festival. Hotel bar shuts 2100.

I do not recommend staying here.

I’m not usually this negative but I booked this over 6 months in advance and it was a major disappointment. We had prepaid the room and ended up leaving a day early because of the conditions. The kids working there were ok when someone was there. It was not eco friendly—hallway like a sauna wasting energy. Bathroom—lots of mold that could have been clean. Tv didn’t work. Safe didn’t work and the girl at desk just shrugged. I could go on about the little things. Not clearly represented on website that there was no one there after 9 on our checkin day, good thing we got there at 8:30, nothing available in lobby. Basically this was a total price gouge probably because of F1—we paid less per night in London for a much better hotel so left early rather than endure another uncomfortable night. Not a good experience.
