The staff was very friendly and the room, bathroom and beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice - it even included diy Mickey waffles. We only caught the tail end of the evening snack period - it looked like a good value. On the flip side, the hotel is huge and feels a bit like a convention center. The one hot tub is too small and I imagine the pool will be crowded in summer. Finally, there was a lot of noise in the hallway late at night when guests returned from the park.

Room was very clean, they came in everyday and made our beds and gave us new towels, staff was amazing. One of the staff members Jonathan was very nice and made us feel very welcomed!! Breakfest was great specially with someone who has kids it made it easier to go to the second floor and have breakfast and not to mention the kickback was great! We got 3 alcoholic beverages each day we stayed! And light dinner was good as well. Shuttle service was very easy to use. This is my second time staying here and I don’t think I would pick any other place.
