I recently stayed at the Hilton and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming, check-in was quick, and the room was spotless with a comfortable bed and beautiful view. I appreciated the small touches—plenty of outlets, great water pressure in the shower, and quality toiletries. The onsite dining options were convenient and delicious, and the lobby bar made for a perfect evening unwind. Mario and Solomon at Shades are top notch—friendly, attentive, and made every visit a great one. James the bellhop also stood out; he always greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. The only bummer was some of the other guests—unfortunately, you just can’t help rude. But that’s not something Hilton can control, and when we requested to move our room, the front desk took care of it right away with no hassle. Their service made all the difference. 10/10—would absolutely stay again!

Our FAVORITE hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace thanks to the incredible staff—from the bellhops to the restaurant wait staff, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. 10 stars for the team all around! That said, our experience was definitely impacted by a large group of cheer guests during our stay. Unfortunately, they were loud, rude, and showed little regard for other guests, which made certain parts of the trip challenging. I understand that hosting large groups like this is lucrative for the hotel, but it definitely detracted from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. Still, we’re grateful to the Hilton staff who did their best to maintain a high standard of service despite the circumstances. Overall, a 10/10 for the team!

Given an adjoining room and sound transfer poor between rooms. Neighbours very loud and it was hard to sleep. Lobby and common areas were freezing. AC too low. Bedroom hvac could not be adjusted. Too cold and could not turn off. Would turn back on automatically every 20 minutes.

Overall it's good, two indidents I don't like is that some of the guest there seems little bit off. One incident is that there is a guess bumping the elevator for unknow reason and scare everybody. Another one is one of the guest mind seems a little bit off membering things in front of the building.

We are Hilton honor members who stay at Hiltons all the time. This time we were stuck in a small corner room next to all the personnel doors and far away from main area. We asked to change rooms, but the front desk associate told us the only option was another puilding even farther away from the main area. Trust me, we won’t make this mistake again.

The hotel was clean, just dated with paint chipping, drywall breaking off and some of the outlets not working. However, had a great time. Staff was wonderful. Any concerns that I had. They were addressed right away. The pool was great. The entertainment was great overall experience was a 10 out of 10.

love the lazy river aspect and the music. I would prefer more calypso music with more of an island vibe but understand the DJs want to get people to interact. I like the DJ they did good job. Also, found that more cleaning staff is required. The staff does a good job but they seem to require more people just alot of work for so few. Also when checking in my room the maid missed providing shampoo and conditioner and toilet paper had to ask for more the first day because they missed filling it up. However, the staff did provide in timely manner.
