I have lived for many months in Medellín over the years and Laureles is my favorite neighborhood. This has been the best stay. Beautiful apartment with all amenities you need and cleaning service. Amazing bright open windows and view!!! Host was amazing.

This hotel has potential but seems the owners could care less about it, people with pets have left the place smelling like a zoo and seems like the hire cleaning staff just to seem like they clean, I can here about a year ago and it wasn't this horrible, the rooms are pretty updated but seem they don't keep up, had to do a deep cleaning to feel comfortable, if this place is accepting government assistance it will probably be runned down to the ground

The room conditions were unacceptable. It had a strong, foul odor like a mix of smoke and something old and rotten. The carpet was stained, and the air-conditioning vents appeared to be filled with mold. The room did not have enough towels for the number of guests, and the hair dryer that was supposed to be provided was missing.

The entire place was stinky like mold, perhaps the new paint in the place. The carpet smelled very bad. The staff was very friendly, excellent customer service just the place just nothing like the pictures

The room I reserved wasn't available at check-in (queen). I had a meeting that I had to attend, so I had to accept a double bed room of be forced to wait. I was told cleaning staff were behind schedule as the reason. The manager wasn't available and no one was available later to speak with to switch rooms.
